I have a single room available in our relaxed family home. I have two children (well behaved teenagers!), one friendly dog and two cats so would suit person happy around animals! Our Edwardian house is very close to all amenities in a popular, residential area near Seven Dials. St. Anne's Wells park is a stone's throw away, Hove park, Hove lawns and the sea are 10 mins walk. Although seconds from regular bus routes in and out of the area, it would only take 15 mins to walk to either Brighton town centre or Hove George Street. Both Brighton and Hove station are 10 mins walk. The single room is sufficiently furnished with bed, desk, cupboard wardrobe and shelves. You would be sharing a bathroom and kitchen (use of washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher) and dining area. There is a small decked back garden for use. Whilst we have resident's and paid on street parking, there are streets nearby that offer free parking.
