I have a Single room available for rent in southgate. The property is walking distance to town centre and Crawley / train station with easy access to local buses (for gatwick)
The house is beautifully furnished and the room has lots of storage with a memory foam mattress.
We would prefer a very clean individual (female preferred). The main bathroom will be shared by 2 tenants.
The room is available from 20th November. This is a family home so the only main rule is 'no visitors'.
