Single room available in our busy family home (4 adults, 2 teenagers). We also have one friendly (and enthusiastic!) dog and two cats so would suit person happy with animals!
Our Edwardian house is very close to all amenities in a popular, residential area near to Seven Dials. St. Anne’s Well park is a stone’s throw away and Hove park, Hove lawns and sea are 10 mins walk. Although seconds from regular bus route into and out of the area, it would only take 15 mins to walk to either Brighton town centre or George Street (and Tesco). Both Hove and Brighton station 10 mins walk.
The room is sufficiently furnished with bed, desk, chair, built-in wardrobe and shelving. You would be sharing a bathroom and kitchen (washing machine/tumble dryer/dishwasher) and dining area. There is a small decked back garden for use. Whilst we have residents' and on-street paid parking, there are streets nearby that offer free parking.
All bills together with internet included (excluding food and phone landline).
