When I started Slimming World in January 2016 I felt fat and useless.. had no ambition,no aim and other than my gorgeous kids,not much to be proud of,hated cooking and ate far too much comfort food..now I'm 3st lighter, I cook regularly and bake (never thought would happen) eat the most delicious foods, have a very supportive man and a job I'm so proud of, a job where I hope to making a difference in people's lives, wouldn't change it for anything.. You can make a difference!!
