We're looking for a new housemate to move into our 3 bedroom flat that is located in Streatham hill. 10 minute walk to Streatham hill station, 15 minute walk to Streatham station, 15 minutes bus ride to Brixton. There's also Tooting Common a stone's throw away.

We're two guys, both in our twenties, one of us is a teacher and the other works in advertising. We like all the usual stuff - eating out, going out, the occasional Netflix binge.

The room is a very spacious double bedroom with a window facing the front of the flat. It comes with a bed and wardrobes.

The rest of the flat is huge. We usually all cook in the kitchen at once, with room to spare. The living room is also big enough to cater for all of us and a couple of friends.

All bills are included in this listing, including usage of Netflix in the living room. Bonus!

You'll have a shared bathroom with one of the guys.

We don't have a specific criteria in terms of what we're looking for. The usual applies, someone laid back, sociable and tidy. Apart from that...we look forward to meeting you.
