It’s a friendly environment with two lounges and plenty of space and storage in the kitchen for people to live together happily. There are no restrictions on partners staying over though a common sense approach works when deciding how often. Both lounges have their own separate Sky HD Box so you should always be able to watch what you want on telly if you don’t fancy what someone else is watching. Netflix also available in both lounges, (again 2 separate channels). Sky is available in the bedrooms as well. Fibre broadband internet (wired & wifi) in all rooms. Gas central heating and double glazing throughout. Rear garden with barbecue. Bathroom with separate shower cubicle, bath, basin & airing cupboard. 2 separate toilets in the house. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of storage inc. 1 x fridge freezer, 1 x fridge, 1 x freezer, double fan oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle. All crockery, cutlery etc supplied. 3-4 mins walking distance from Polegate railway station (all trains stop here) with 30-45 minute train access to Brighton, 10-15 minutes to Eastbourne. Bus stop within 100 metres. Close to lovely countryside, South Downs and Cuckoo Trail. 10 mins drive to the coast. Parking is on street but readily available.
