16" wheels for approx ages 4 -7 yrs but depends on size of child.
Very good condition, hardly used has fully adjustable back rest,seat and handlebars. Safety brake, handle which clips to the front or back. Has strapped footplates and leg stirrups supplied.
Comes with original pump and tool kit .
Daughter has outgrown it now so not needed.
