Static Caravan for sale. Trecco Bay, Porthcawl. Beautiful and Spacious, light 3 bedroom 8 berth caravan for sale - Abi Colorado - 12x36. Only ten years old. (The light and bright lounge has brand new never used pull out double sofa bed enclosed within the very spacious seating area).

Genuine but reluctant personal reason for sale. I only bought the caravan in August but I regretably have to sell.
Dining area has a round table and seating for 6-8
3 bedrooms, one with double bed, wardrobe and dressing table and mirror with overbed shelving unit, and two further bedrooms with 2 single beds in each that can be pushed together if wanted, these bedrooms have over bed shelving with single wardrobes and all have fixed wall panel heaters
The shower room has shower, toilet and sink with a wall panel heater.
Fully equipped kitchen, oven with hob, fridge freezer, new microwave and lots of brand new dishes, cook ware, cutlery, utensils, glassware, kettle, toaster plus new cleaning equipment etc.
the light and bright lounge has new tv with freeview with built in DVD player and lots of DVDs left there and a new sound bar. (Satellite can be installed by owners - optional).
Also New: flooring, curtains, fire in living room and sofa bed. All bedding is brand new and mostly unopened for all beds. There are 2 sets for every bed.
There is a oil filled radiator which can be moved to any room.
The caravan is in excellent condition and very well looked after.
It’s walk in ready to use personally and for renting as well.
Outside is a tarmac private car park space, paving to steps and hand rails that lead to two doors, one front and one rear. Plus space for table and chairs.
The caravan is within easy strolling distance to all amenities/entertainment And the square. Plus easy walking to the two nearby lovely blue flag beaches, one of which is not only lovely but dog friendly all year round as well.
The caravan Is around 60 seconds walk to the entertainment area with walking and wheelchair/mobility scooter friendly roads.
The caravan is single glazed and electric heated. With the addition of the oil filled radiator too.
Fees; site/pitch fees, rates, insurance and ramtek alarm system, all this is worth nearly £6500 and this is included in the price and everything is all fully paid up until the end of the year.
Also included : 2 gas bottles one of which is nearly full and the other partially used.
: Plus around £40-45 of electric on the meter in the caravan.
8 free passes are included every year for this caravan from owners office.
Trecco is well maintained and is a lovely environment, many happy memories are to be made.
This is a very reluctant sale.
The price was 23,000 now reduced to £22,000 but I am open to reasonable and realistic offers, no time wasters please.
