We have owned this caravan for 8 years and have had many enjoyable camping holidays and weekends. The reason for us selling the caravan is that our family has expanded and we now require more room. The caravan was built in 2003 and is in a good condition, it is a four berth and it shows no signs of damp and the only two problems are the vinyl wallcovering in the shower room / toilet has come away in a couple of places and either needs re-gluing or replacing. The other is the offside awning rail in the top left corner is damaged. Nothing to serious. The layout has a fixed double bed at the rear of the caravan with a sliding division, a shower room with hand basin and cassette toilet, a galley kitchen with a four burner hob (3 gas & 1 electric), sink and a fridge with small freezer compartment. At the front are two settees which also make up as a double bed. All of the standard fittings that were original when the caravan was new (cooker, hob, heating system, fridge, shower etc) work as they were intended to do and are in good condition. The 110amp battery is two years old and is fully charged. The caravan also comes with a Motor Mover for easy manoeuvring, Porch awning, SAS wheel lock, ALKO hitch lock and one (empty) gas.
