Set well back from the road and decorated to the highest standard, the annex has it's own front door and consists of a beautiful bed/sitting room with solid oak floors, a double bed, built-in wardrobes, sofa and area for your own TV. The top of the range painted oak kitchen has stone floors with underfloor heating, solid oak worktops, a built-in washing machine, dishwasher, induction hob, double oven, microwave, tall fridge freezer and a small table and 2 chairs. Off the kitchen is a luxury stone shower room, also with underfloor heating and a deluge shower. The rent includes all bills EXCEPT electricity, which is charged (at cost) monthly and is recorded with a separate meter to the annex studio apartment. Other Information There is off-road parking 20 meters away in John Dann Close, where there is dedicated parking for the cottages. The back garden remains private to the main house. Furniture is provided, but you will need to bring your own bedding, TV, crockery, cutlery, plates etc... Induction hob compatible pans can be provided if required. You must be dog-friendly, as 3 very well behaved dogs live in the main house. The annex has an interconnecting door (which remains locked) so as it is considered part of the main property, there is no separate charge for a TV license. There is an option to share BT Infinity Broadband with the main house (the cost would be £13 per month) to save you having to take out your own internet package. There is currently no landline in place for the annex. A deposit of £550 is required and rent is taken one month in advance. Two references required. No fixed rental period A very well behaved dog would be considered subject to an additional pet deposit.
