Famous Italian automobile designer Giorgetto Giugiaro of ItalDesign designed this fantastic car,
the cars half-windows are generally seen on exotic vehicles with "scissor", "gull-wing", or "butterfly" doors, such as the Lamborghini Countach, De Lorean DMC-12 (another Giugiaro design), and the McLaren F1. The SVX's aerodynamic shape allowed it to maintain the low drag coefficient of Cd=0.29
This SVX is in great condition with just 106,000 miles on the clock. The 3.3-litre flat six starts instantly and runs faultlessly.
Bodywork in, the best colour colour combination in my view, is beautiful and the luxurious Leather and Alcantara interior normally only seen on more expensive sport cars like Maserati of this age is also excellent.
Cruise control, all 4 electric windows, electric mirrors, heated front seats,
fully electric front seats and electric sunroof all work, as does the radio cassette and 10 disc CD changer.
The rear seats fold down to enable large objects to be transported.
The car has a recent custom made full stainless steel exhaust system and sounds fantastic
- like a Ferrari.
The transmission has a kit fitted to make the car shift more performance orientated. This both improves performance and reliability of the box. This is an electrical mod that is easily reversible, although I'd recommend keeping it, as it's excellent.
