The GSXR1000K4 was the second generation GSXR1000, part of the pair (K3/K4)that replaced to game changing K1/K2. It's often overlooked, which is a real error, this bike was lighter, sharper and fitted with significantly improved brakes. this gave riders the closest feel of a race bike we'd ever been given. Some bikes age badly, not the K4, it's still looks absolutely stunning. The engine is crisp and smooth, delivering buckets loads of torque from early down through to a massive 164BHP. MCN said "Ultra fast, capable track missile that works far better on the road then you'd imagine. The MK II Suzuki GSX-R1000 (K3-K4) thou is smaller and more compact than the Suzuki GSX-R1000 K1-K2 models. It' easier to flick around race tracks but, bizarrely, the Suzuki GSX-R1000 makes an acceptable one-man sports tourer too." This bike has covered just 19746 miles from new and has a full service history fully stamped in the original service book. It is fitted with Goodridge hoses front and rear, adding to braking efficiency. For added character its fitted with a stunning Lextek Tri-Oval exhaust which is road legal when the supplied baffle is fitted. The original large indicators have been replaced with smaller led indicators all round. this is an amazing bike that will make its new owner proud to be seen on.
