Swift Sundance 530 Lifestyle in white, 2002 (52) plate in very good condition, has done only 19,056 miles from new, NOTE mileage will go up as it is being used for local journeys, engine was serviced June 2014 with cam belt, water pump and oil change, filter and fuel filter, engine starts first time and runs as nice, the underside has been wax oiled (20-06-2015). Gearbox oil changed (11-07-15 @ 19056 miles) Fully Synthetic 75W-90 oil used. Inside is in very good condition, all seats are clean with NO rips or wear, no smoking or pets inside, it has a rear kitchen with grill & oven (not used!) & four burner hob, sink with hot & cold running water via a boiler that runs on gas/240v. It has a cab over double bed, lounge with either double or two single beds, loads of storage cupboards, fridge/freezer that runs on 12&240v & gas, Space heater in lounge area, All appliances are in full working order, under the RH lounge seat is the water tank with external & internal fill points,under the LH seat is more storage, the lounge table is free standing and stores away in airing cupboard (very handy for outside use no need to pack a patio table), the shower/WC room has had very little use it has a chemical toilet with external door to empty the waste & warning light when it gets full. All windows have blinds & fly screens (screens are white NOT yellow) as I say she is in lovely condition, and a viewing is essential as the pictures do not do her justice. All lights work and there is a drinks cupboard with bottle & glass storage with smoke glass door (nice touch) She has been hooked-up all winter with a bar heater running inside, which also keeps the leisure battery at full charge, above the door inside is a control panel that gives leisure battery condition, water tank level and water pump switch, & change over from hook-up to vehicle control. It comes with extras, brand new winter cover (still in bag) long hook-up cable with 13amp adapter, 180w bar winter heater (cheap to run), bottle of gas, toilet chemical, wheel ramps, wheel covers for winter months, it also has reverse.
