THE BUDDY SCHEME – Matching Volunteers with Trained Buddy Mentors The Buddy Scheme is a project which supports people into volunteering who require ongoing support, and could not otherwise access volunteering. The Buddy role involves attendance at interviews, travel training, and supporting someone in a volunteering role with the selected organisation.
