Availability for DIY/ assisted DIY / grass liveries on a very natural and peaceful setting over 20 acres plus. This is a fabulous environment for barefoot horses (but not restricted to), good doers and happy hackers offering all year turn-out and a natural approach to horse care. We are looking for like-minded relaxed, happy horses and owners to join us at our small, friendly and newly refurbished yard. The yard is very accessible in all weathers and the owner, who keeps four hourses on adjacant yard, inspects daily for peace of mind. The yard is situated on a private residential road and within 10 minutes ride of Ashtead and Epsom Common with some fantastic all-year hacking. If you want to explore a little further, Horton Country Park, Epsom Downs, Headley and Mickleham are all within hacking distance or you may enjoy a ride across Epsom Common to the pub for a quick drink or a spot of lunch. All our light and airy stables are in pristine condition. We have approx 20 acres of well-managed and rotated paddocks, with plenty of natural shelters and hedgerows for forgaging. Our tack room is alarmed and has its own kitchenette/tea-making area, designated storage space and sheltered seating area for having a cup of tea. Further facilities include parking and hay is made on site. We want to encourage our DIY’ers to help each other but if that’s not for you, don’t worry, help is on hand and we can give assistance Mondays to Fridays if you need it.
