Driver Training Network runs a series of Theory Test Workshops at: Oakgrove School, Venturer Gate Middleton Milton Keynes MK10 9JQ  your tutors are Kathleen Kirkland who has been a qualified ADI for over 15 years along with an IAM (Institute Advanced Motorist) observer, Franco Volpe.   The next course will be running on Saturday 1st October 2016, from 2pm - 4pm.  Please arrive at 1.45pm to the main reception, where Franco or Kathleen will be there to meet you to take you to the class room.   The cost is just £20 for the 2  hour classroom session.       Are you struggling to pass your theory test?   Are you unsure of what and how to study for the theory test?   These workshops take place on a monthly basis and last for 2 hours.  There is a series of three sessions to study the Theory Test; The Highway Code, Hazard Perception and looking at a mock test paper with other students.   Some people attempt to pass the theory test before taking driving lessons.  This can cause problems with not knowing how to study most effectively. If you are looking to pass the theory test before taking driving lessons, then this is the course for you.   Kathleen takes you through The Highway Code and Hazard Perception.  It is an open workshop, where the workshop is interactive, not a lecture.   You can then meet other students that are also studying and gain help and support from then.        The content of the course    On successful registration you will be sent a mock theory test paper to complete and bring along with you on the day.
The theory test material we use is  ‘Driving Test Success All Tests’ and  The Official Highway Code.  If you have a laptop, please bring it with you (it is not compulsory) as this is to practise hazard perception. The course will be looking at The Theory Test multiple choice questions and The Hazard.
