I offer a flat fee for the first session and if you aren't satisfied with my service then you won't lose out.
I believe in offering my clients a confidential and non-judgmental space which helps them in understanding themselves and making better choices in a safe nurturing environment.
Therapy can be short term (8-20 sessions) and long term which is ongoing depending on clients individual needs and presenting issues. I can offer my services via telephone or in person, whatever seems fit of the client.

I work with people from all backgrounds and offer counselling in English and community languages such as Urdu, Hindi and Punjabi.
