Transport Manager service - Restricted O-Licence Holders
If you are transporting your own goods in Large Goods Vehicles you will have or need a restricted operator's licence .
Although there is no legal requirement to have a CPC Qualified transport manager, you still need to have someone covering the role. Restricted licence holders are subject to the same regulatory framework as other goods vehicle operators, the penalties for non-compliance can be severe.
