Moving backwards to the bathroom, the shower room has had some renovation done before we got it, the lower half of the vanity unit is tiled instead of having storage, saying that there's plenty of storage anyway, obviously in the shower room is the cassette toilet with electric flush. the shower head also doubles as the sink tap the sink itself has had some repair to it but is water tight, opposite the shower room door is a large wardrobe with plenty of hanging space, inside the wardrobe you'll find the TV Ariel amplifier which i was totally amazed by when we first got the van, even on our drive surrounded by houses we instantly received an excellent digital picture, Also in the wardrobe is the 12v supply all fully working, To the Kitchen Area There is seating and a table for 2, opposite is the Fridge/Freezer (fully working) 3 gas burner hob, sink with hot n cold mixer tap, both the hob and sink are covered by tinted glass when not ind use, above the sink are the kitchen light controls and hot water controls, there is also the fresh water tank level indicator, there's also 2 x 240v sockets. Under the sink is the oven/grill which works fine. Sitting Area In the rear seating area is the U shaped LEATHER seating with masses of storage underneath, again with substatial light with mood lighting and spot lights, there's also the TV shelf with 240v socket and Ariel lead, the van has all round ceiling height storage, the seating area can be made into the biggest bed you can imagine, 3-4 adults could sleep on it, the bed has a custom made base for extra comfort, under the seating is also the 40Ltr fresh water tank, this can be filled an external inlet (look like fuel cap) but one added bonus is the tank has a float valve like a toilet cistern so it automatically fills when connected to a tap, so there's no rolling water barrels every morning. Exterior The van is is overall good condition, but could do with some D.I.Y work to it, the left side of the van is spotless when washed looks brand new, the right side has a few marks on it, that over time any D.I.Y er can tidy up without much fuss, the worst part is the right side rear chocolate box window which has been damaged but repaired, from the inside you can't tell, from the outside you can see the fiberglass repair, could do to have the window replaced but please be sure it is watertight.
