• Use of trolleys and strays CONDITIONS FOR HIRING Age All drivers must be between 21-70 years old and hold a full valid UK/EU licence for a minimum of 2 years, with no major driving offences/disqualifications in the past 4 years – Allowances can be made for minor endorsements (please contact us for details). • A valid credit/debit card Deposit A deposit of £500 is required on commencement of hire
*We accept cash deposits, upon verification of the aforementioned documentation Insurance The hirer is provided with insurance. The hirer is liable for the first £500 of any cost for damages. This can be reduced to £200 with a collision damage waiver. Payment Hire charges and deposit are required in full before commencement of hire. Prepaid bookings require 2 working days notice of cancellation or fees will be not reimbursed. Weekend Hire Vans are to be collected between 9.00-12.00 on Saturday. For an additional cost, we offer the option of collection on Friday’s between 16.00-18.00. Vans can be returned on Sunday if required. Week day Collection Times/Return Times Vans are to be collected after 9.00 and are due for return before 9.00 on the day of return, It is possible to return vehicles out of hours before end of hire. We ask to be notified immediately of any extension of rentals or late returns. Returning Out of Hours If the hired vehicle is returned out of office hours, the hirer is responsible for the vehicle until the next working day. Inclusive Unlimited Mileage, AA recovery, Insurance (subject to conditions) Fuel (Diesel) Hirer to put in fuel as required, Vans to be returned with same amount of fuel as at start of hire, Any extra fuel left in tank at end of hire will not be credited. Limitations Only the hirer and drivers approved at the time of hire are permitted to drive the vehicle. The hired vehicle must not be taken outside the UK mainland.
