Our Villa is only 10 minutes from the Walt Disney World Resort, in Kissimmee, about 20 minutes drive from Orlando International Airport (an hour or so from Sanford airport) and is set in peaceful, woodland surroundings - it's the perfect place to relax after a fun-packed day with Mickey, Minnie and friends !! Fully air-conditioned, the villa is open-plan, light and spacious and with three large bedrooms (one double and two twin) sleeps six and we have a full size cot and high-chair for our smaller guests. There are two bathrooms, the master bedroom having en-suite facilities. The villa has a double garage, washing machine and tumble dryer, HD cable TV with DVD player in the living room, (HD cable TV in the master bedroom), and a CD/Radio and iPod player. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, including a dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave oven. The lounge, breakfast area and master bedroom all look out onto the patio and pool. Guests have access to free WiFi Internet and all telephone calls from the villa, including international calls, are free of charge !! Our private pool is fenced to the sides and looks out onto natural woodland of Florida Pine and Palms giving almost total privacy. (Optional pool heating is available at an additional charge). For added security we have installed an intruder alarm, emergency escape lighting and an electronic smoke detection system. All doors have locks and dead-bolts and windows are fitted with interior locks. The villa is very easy to find and close enough to the main attractions that you could return to base to rest or have a dip in the pool, before returning to the parks to see the evening parades and shows. Local shops, supermarkets and restaurants of every kind are all within easy reach. Our villa is maintained for us by a company whose office is nearby. Their friendly staff is on call 24 hours a day, so there is always someone there to help or call on.
