Beautiful, oak framed, low backed sofa with original horeshair stuffing, belonging to current owner's grandfather and dating back to approximately 1910-1920. Re-covered in '"Brick" Lister Velvet in 2002.. 44 new springs fitted and hessian webbing replaced. There are no separate cushions so it is comfortable for up to 4 persons. It has a centre leg which means that there is no sagging. Total cost of refurbishment was over nine hundred pounds at the time. Buyer must be able to collect from Bush Hill, Northampton.
