This lamp belonged to my parents. I know they had from the early 1980's purchased it in an antique shop. Its' exact age I have know idea. Unfortunately the glass shade was broken one clean break my father repaired so the asking price dictates this. The column I understand is white glass. The brass I have not cleaned (some buyers do not want the brass cleaned) on the dial for the wick it states "British Made". It stands 31 inches high. It is a lovely piece. The shade can be replaced can be found on a popular auction site. We are only selling due to massive down size in property. We are not dealers just so much to clear.
