A victorian/edwardian era vintage shipping trunk in good order for it age. Straight, with no holes or major damage. No renovation work has been carried out on it. It has been taken out of the roofspace where it was once used to store wartime memorabilia. Carries the initials EMH, and has two locks and a centre catch. One of the stickers on the trunk refers to Pacific Line running to South America in the 1920's through the Panama canal, then to Chile and Peru. One such boat was the 22,000 tons RMS Oroya. Size of trunk, 870mm long x 520mm wide x 335mm high. Would make a good coffee table! £.
