Bird Aid a small charity based in rural Hailsham that specializes in the rehabilitation of Gulls and other wild birds while offering supported work voluntary places to learning disabled and autistic adults is looking to gain more volunteers. Your main role will be to support the founder, Julia in the welfare of the animals and coordinate the activities and support of the learning disabled and autistic adults. Full training will be given and the need for an enhanced DBS is a requirement. Various times and days of sessions are available. If hands on is not you, then we also need fundraising and event volunteers who's work would be as important as without donations and fundraising we could not continue This is not immediate and are looking to have a new team of volunteers ready for April 2017.
