We are an adventurous British couple (from Sussex originally ) with an 18 year old daughter and 1 small elderly dog returning to the UK after 4 years abroad. We walked to the Spanish Pyrenees in 2012 and have set up a horse rescue centre there. Due to family circumstances we need to return to the UK for the foreseeable future. We are looking for a 2 bedroom cottage to rent in Mid Sussex area with a garden, preferably in a rural location within 15 miles of Haywards Heath. We are interested in a work/ lower rent agreement and have many practical skills between us - carpentry, cooking, cleaning, gardening, dog walking, horse care etc.... This could suit an elderly person or couple or professionals with little time on their hands, who needs assistance with jobs on their premises???? We are extremely reliable and trustworthy and can give character references if needed. We have a love of the countryside and all that is connected with nature, we are peaceful and respectful of others.;
