Hello, i am seeking a 2 bedroom property to rent for a minimum term of 6 months. i have two children (3yrs and 3months) so the property must have two double bedrooms or one double and a large single. Parking is also essential. If a flat then it cannot be any higher than 2nd floor. i am employed by a local council in a professional position but I am currently on maternity leave. Unfortunately due to my relationship ending I am forced to claim LHA to top up my income for the interim. I intend to return to work later in the autumm. I am 28 years old and very responsible. I have first class honours degree and I am extremely hard working. I have my deposit and first months rent available and I am required to provide one months notice to my current landlord.
