Hi my name is lorna and I'm in desperate need of a two to three bed property. Unfortunately we have no deposit or rent in advance as we only moved to Bexhill 8 weeks ago a landlord has decided to sell. I know it's asking alot as we have no money to put down but I have three children and my partner and am so worried. We dont get help with housing benefit so rent can be no higher than £700.
