We have been renting the same property in Brighton for the last 18 years and now the landlord is selling - we have 6 months to find somewhere. We would like to rent privately not through an agent. We are 2 adults with a 16 year old daughter at college. Looking for a house/flat with a garden and parking. We are non-smokers, non-DSS. We have CLEAN pets and can provided excellent references. Our budget is up to £1100pcm. We would ideally like to move after the end of January.
