Want to rent a 2 bed property with yard or garden in LE3 or surrounding areas. Got bond money up front but landlord must be willing to accept housing benefit. Doesn't matter if property/yard needs work or cleaning up as I'm capable and willing to undertake any work needed to be done, im an experienced painter and decorator too. I'm a single mum with a teenager & 2 clean looked after dogs, We've never had any issues with any sort of anti social behaviours. Can get references.
