WANTED ( Toyota Hi-ace 2008 onwards ) private purchase for own use

im looking for a used Toyota hiace for my own personal use and to replace the 2004 one i have had for the past few years, which i use to transport my partner and her electric wheelchair.
I would like to buy a genuine van that is a private sale. ideally somewhere from 2008 on wards. it needs to be in good condition and not an ex builders van !

no real preference in colour,
Would prefer barn doors as opposed to tailgate but not essential ,
needs to be a legitimate van that the seller has owned personally and has been registered to them , also needs to be in very good condition (especially the seats ) with service history .
Having said all that i have the cash waiting for the right van , and i am absolutely genuine. (i have looked at many vans that would suit my purpose) However they are from traders who over inflate the price and then wish to me charge vat.
As i say this will be used solely as a means of transport for a disabled person so paying vat is not something i will indulge when for sure that money could be put to far better use . Having said that i not looking for a bargain , quite happy to pay reasonable price.
I guess the right seller is out there, i just need to find them? which is proving harder than first thought , hence this advert.
