Wendy/play house in wood. Has 2 double and 2 medium windows in perspex which needs replacing - 60 x 60 cms and 41 x 41 cms. Depth 146 x width 156 and height 164 cms to the pitch roof. This has a waterproof/felt roof. Also a veranda to the front which takes the length of the house to 170. Needs a new.
