Run by Women for Women!
There will be refreshments available (Free) and all family and friends welcome. It will be 1 and a half hours long and with all the Free ample parking away from the town centre you have no worries finding a place to park.
Thursday 3rd March 7pm
Fully equipped gym, complete with full matted floor for extra protection, body armour, fully insured.
Situated right next to K2 leisure centre for those with bored children
