We are business owner’s (Cambridge based) looking for a long-term rental South of Cambridgeshire and surrounding areas as we travel to London on numerous occasions.
No Estate Agents please we prefer to have a private landlord as we have done so for some years now. We need a place where we can work but also relax.
We are happy to give two months rent as deposit, which will be placed into the Tenancy Deposit Protection Scheme. References are also available upon request.
