Worthing Jeet Kune Do are a small, friendly non-profit making club for adults who love to train and learn. Instructors are BMABA registered and fully insured. Jeet Kune Do concepts continue to evolve Bruce Lee's original set of principles, drawing on the best of many arts, ancient and modern. Effectiveness is the key. A great workout, confidence booster and skills for life in a friendly environment for all levels of ability. The first session is absolutely free, after that £6.00 per session, pay as you train.
