1 bedroom has double bed other triple bed (double bed/single bunkbed) so can sleep 5. Both bedrooms have Freesat TV.
Bathroom is an Electric shower/ Cubicle, Vanity unit-shaver socket, Dual flush toilet, heated towel rail.
Refurbished/decorated, new furniture/electric Hob Oven/Coffee Machine/32" TV with Freesat/Flooring & outside decking. New bathroom fitted,shower cubicle-Vanity unit & Flooring. Wall mounted panel heaters in all rooms,heated towel heater in bathroom. In the grounds of Penstowe Manor, with lovely views across the valley to the sea which is around 2.5 miles away and Bude around 5 miles, Chalet is in quiet area set in grassland and trees but the manor House is close with great indoor swimming pool and outdoor pool- sports hall/bar and restaurant etc. Penstowe Park Holiday Village is set in nearly 30 acres of parkland with the rugged north Cornish Heritage Coast close by and miles of rolling countryside. We operate a "self clean" system to keep the prices low, so don't employ a regular cleaner...we ask guests to Clean and tidy the chalet before they leave to a Standard they would like to find it on their arrival..
FAQs we have been asked - We have dates left in early season as well as some summer ones.
We will take £50 security deposit to cover key return -any damage/missing items or to cover cleaning costs if not left in a suitable condition, this is fully refundable after your stay.
We ask for 20% dep and balance 4 weeks before your stay
The costs for Indoor swimming pool which also includes the jacuzzi for adults is **£4.50 for adults, £3.50 for children and under 5’s go free if bought on a daily basis. If a weekly pass is purchased, £15 a week for adults, £10 for children and again under 5’s go free.( **Check with Penstowe manor direct to confirm current prices/info)
The Outdoor Pool is free
The entertainment in the Manor house is free.
We have all you need for the beach, including folding chairs/wind breaks/Beach Tent & a BBQ (& Childs bucket & spades)
We Have two large relaxer chairs & full size Parasol for the Decking as well as the picnic bench
There is a laundrette on site
Its an electric shower cubicle.. (no bath )
Pillows & Duvets provided, you just need sheets & Towels etc
Parking is about 20 mtrs away.. you cant park "next" to the chalet or on the grass
Dogs are allowed in the grounds but must be held on leads.. they are allowed on the local beaches (some Beaches are on lead in main season,some allow off lead all year )
We have a rotary clothes airer at the back of the chalet
Electricity is by an £1 coin
