I had this stool made for me by a local furniture maker (Goodwood Cellars, at The Quay, Exeter) at a time when it had appeared to me that use of a wobble cushion, which does seem to help many people with back problems, would be helpful for me too. In the event I quite soon developed back and neck stress through using the wobble cushion, and so stopped using it. Because the stool was made to an unusually low height to allow for the thickness of the wobble cushion, it became redundant when I stopped using that cushion. Stool height is 38cm (15"). Material is solid pine, with four legs and 'ski' runners to reduce wear on the carpet and also make the stool easier to drag around. Edges and corners have been rounded off to make it more harmonious in one's living space. I am throwing in as a free extra the wobble cushion that I was using with the stool. For full details of the cushion, please see the relevant Amazon page, where it is described as "PhysioRoom New Air Balance Stability Wobble Cushion Rehab Pad ADHD 45cm". Please note that this item is for personal collection only (Exeter, UK), with up-front full CASH.
