Hi! I am looking for a new flatmate in my house share in Brighton. We are a gay friendly household and have two short haired friendly cats. I work shifts and we are looking for a friendly considerate person live with (male or female). There would be 4 of us in total and we need someone we can trust and who is keen to find somewhere to make home. The rooms are rented out inclusive of ALL BILLS. There is a TV with virgin media in the living room, and WiFi in the property. There is also a patio garden, an upstairs bathroom with a shower and a second downstairs toilet. There is also a washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and large American fridge freezer. I have a double room available for £515 per month which is available from March 1st. The room comes furnished with a double bed however you can supply your own if you prefer. There is a Co-op at the top of the road, along with all the other shops bars and restaurants at Seven Dials, and it is a 5-10 minute walk to Brighton Railway Station.
