This is so amazing,with such a stunning design and so typical of the 20's 30's with its inverted V shaped base. The top is made of solid stone with a stylish bevelled edge and is extremely heavy so will need 2 or 3 strong people to carry. I am unsure of the exact material it is off white and mottled so could be marble,quartz limestone or something similar. The base is also made of the same material and it supports the v uprights which hold the table top. This is where it needs some attention.The uprights have some damage to the bottom and will need either bracing or replacing by someone who knows what he is doing (sadly it is beyond our capabiliites) The top has solid marble corner braces and fixed right angled parts which slot onto the base. The top surface has a few uneven marks on it but it is perfectly useable as it is or it could be ground back to make it perfect again.With a little attention this could once more be a fabulous centrepiece to a room. The top measures almost 3 ft wide by 5ft 1" long so can seat up to 6 people comfortably. We can help with loading this end if needed or even deliver it locally for a small contribution towards our fuel cost as it will require a good sized van to transport it.We are happy to consider offers on this.
