Rent is £690 per month. This includes council tax, Sky TV, and internet, but doesn't include water or electricity - this will be split equally. The room is a very good and decent size which comes with a king sized bed, bed side tables, and other furnishings. Please note, in the picture there is quite a lot of stuff in the room, most of this will be gone once someone is moved in!
The flat is a new build, so it is modern, bright, clean, fresh and extremely spacious! It is on the first floor with an open plan living room and kitchen which includes a Dishwasher, Washing Machine/Tumble Dryer ect. Other communal spaces include a large balcony (which is a sun trap!) and a bathroom which includes a shower and bath! The flat has lots of floor to ceiling windows which means it is bright all of the day and provides some great views! You can even see the sea!

My name is Ben, I am 27, and work as a secondary school teacher in Crawley. I am single, very sociable, creative, clean, easy going, chilled out and I am looking for a likeminded person. I enjoy cooking, watching TV series or trashy TV, I love to laugh, I enjoy being outdoors and exercising. I am not really a typical lads lad either -Not really into watching sport but not against it. Im not a massive party animal necessarily in the week, but I do like to have a drink at the weekends!

I would like to expand my friendship group, it would be nice for my friends to become friends with my flat mate ect! I understand everyone needs their own space sometimes but i'm not really looking to share the flat with someone who keeps themselves to themselves and doesn't interact. Someone who was single would be perfect as that would mean they are not joint to their partner all the time, plus no one ever wants to feel like a third wheel!
OTHER IMPORTANT FACTS!
REALLY IMPORTANT!..I really want to live someone who is also respectful clean, and tidy!!! If you are really too relaxed about cleaning and don't think it is important then this flat isn't for you!
