Hello beautiful folks , I live in a beautiful Victorian house - I am the main tenant of the upper floor flat . The flat is located right next to Wendell Park, 13 minutes walk to Stamford Brook tube station (District line), 15 minutes bus( bus 207/260/237/94) to Shepherds Bush and Shepherds Bush Market tube stations(Hammersmith and city line / Central line ) and Bus 266 to Hammersmith Broadway tube station (Piccadilly line and district line). Askew Road is the main street with lots of shops and cafes, local pubs, Tesco, Sainsbury's, etc.. the area is safe , quiet at night and young and dynamic neighborhood during the day ! Wendell park farmer market every Sundays from 10am to 3pm, if you like fresh veggies - The food is delish ! I am looking for 1 person to take over the master bedroom. The flat is beautiful, modern, decorated with style, refurbished ,clean, very well maintained , and we need to keep it that way , that is why being neat and tidy is required by me and the landlady ! It is a 3 bedrooms flat, No living room , but the kitchen is big enough to hang out and share meals now and then .
Kitchen include : Fridge and freezer, cupboards, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher , big wood table with 4 chairs ,kitchen utensils are very good quality (John Lewis). So if you love to cook and bake you are going to be happy ! Modern bathroom bathtub/showers with subfloor heating and heated towel rail Master bedroom top floor £715 pcm : very large charming bedroom with sloping ceiling and roof top access, queen -size-bed, 2 big chest of drawers, chrome mobile clothing rack . Access to the attic, our main storage room.
The bedroom is very bright , one skylight, one window plus one French door with a small balcony to the roof top terrace. The view is peaceful. Ok people so , a bit about me : I am a teacher in Early childhood and I am working in a French school on King street , 20 mins walk from home. I work Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5pm. I am 31 , young and professional , I lived in San Francisco, California for 5 years and moved to London a year ago . I am originally from the south of France. I am responsible, reliable , clean , tidy , yogi and very spiritual . I love my sleep but like to have my fun during the weekends. I am into , cooking, yoga, meditation, arts and crafts, cinema, festivals, live music, concerts, love travelling around the globe . My weeks are very intense with work that is why I like to have my quiet time when I come home but always up for a chat with flatmates , and sharing meals from time to time . I am very open minded and respectful of others. I am very independent person but very friendly and looking for awesome people to make a cheerful household.
No heavy drinker, no drugs , this is not a party house - no drama queen- I do not mind smokers but this is a smoke free home so that would have to be outside . So , You must be : young and professional in your late 20's mid 30's - guy or girl . Ideally I am looking for one guy and a girl. 2 guys could work as well.
The whole house is furnished so we do not need more furniture , all is ready for you , you just need to drop off your suitcases :) Full time employment (no night working hours)
