Train layout set size 5’ x 4’ (152cm x 122cm). The baseboard is made up of 3 (3mm) sheets of MDF. The centre sheet has been channelled out to allow for cables. All sheets have been glued and bolted around the edge/corners. The top sheet has been painted green to give the effect of grass. All track has been mounted on foam underlay and is tacked into position. The set consists of: Track - straights, curves and 11 points. Hornby electric turntable Buffers 4 controllers All electrical contacts are situated in such a way that all 3 circuits can run independently with the centre circuit also managing the turntable via a separate switch. All track, turntable and controllers have been tested and are fully functional. The track consists of a mixture of fixed curves as well as flexi track.
