Being sold privately at Rockley Park, this holiday home was bought brand-new in April 2016, but other commitments mean we will not be able to use it as intended, and it is with a heavy heart we are forced to sell. We paid £43,000, and we are looking for a quick sale at just £36,000. We`ve only used it twice, and it is in as-new condition, and situated on the new Sunset View development of Rockley Park, with it`s own parking space. It is located near the main facilities but is a quiet cul-de-sac location with all owners nearby. The price includes site fees and owner transfer costs, as well as everything that in the caravan.
It`s a 2016 ABI Moonstone, which is double glazed with central heating. It has three bedrooms with an extra pullout bed in the lounge (8 berth), and two toilets. The lounge is very spacious with built-in furniture, and a table and bench that can be stored away.
There is a galley kitchen with lots of storage, and an under-shelf fridge. The bathroom is a good size, with a double shower and direct access from the master bedroom. There is also a second toilet.

Located at Rockley Park, Haven`s premier 5* South Coast holiday park, we overlook beautiful Poole Harbour and have loads of attractions on park and within the local area. This part of the Dorset coast will never leave you short of things to do, and we are the ideal base for your family`s holiday home. We have our own sandy beach, water-sports centre & boat marina, health spa, nightly entertainment, Owner`s bar, 3 swimming pools with flumes, tennis courts, and a good choice of bars and restaurants. We also back onto Ham Common Nature Reserve with some great coastal walks, and a course fishing lake.
Haven`s Rockley Park is open for 10 months of the year, from 2nd March - 2nd January. There`s no age limit for the caravans on the park, so you can plan to be here for years. We have just over 1200 pitches on park, 950 of which are owner occupied meaning that it`s a very friendly site. There are lots of owner's only events that we organise, and exclusive clubs for kids and teens. We are pet friendly, and have some great walks along the coastal pathways.
There are 24hr security who man the main complex and patrol the park, and a modern CCTV system to monitor the site. The holiday home is fitted with a Ramtech intruder alarm which is monitored by the security team, meaning you will be protected when you are away.
