We are a friendly slimming world group, if you love food, friendship and life you will love slimming world. You will lose weight and you will never go hungry. Groups are held at the Royal British Legion Southbourne gardens Eastcote, Monday evenings at 7,30pm and Wednesday morning 10am and I am currently covering a group in Bushey Tuesday at 7,30pm.
