If not, it’s simple: businesses with a clear, well thought out Business Plan survive and grow better than those without. In this interactive full-day session, you’ll learn the component parts of the Business Plan, how to ask yourself the right questions, the importance of comprehensive market research, how to calculate your start-up costs and how to develop realistic financial projections. Week 3 – 1 Day Workshop – Thursday 1st September You’ll have worked on your plan, with support from your trainer by phone and email when you need it. In this session, we’ll tell you how to use your Business Plan to raise finance to get your business up and running; including how to access NBV’s low-cost loans and exclusive grants. Fancy yourself on Dragons Den? You can pitch to the rest of the group and get their feedback if you’d like! We will also talk about the additional support that NBV can provide once you are up and running including business advice, business workshops, networking, office facilities and much more.
