A communal lounge is also available for use.
We are a Property Guardian company, which means that you will be living in the property under a 4 week's rolling licence agreement. This means that your notice period is a minimum 4 weeks. We only accept working professionals, 21 and over, to secure our properties - no children or pets are allowed in the building.
We require documentation from you to apply to become a guardian. These include:
• 3 month’s previous bank statements
• 3 month’s previous pay slips
• A scanned copy of your passport
• An employer’s reference
We require the following payments from you to secure a room:
• 1 month upfront
• Key payment
• £95 admin fee
• £65 for a fire safety
