This is a beautiful superking New Solid Oak sleigh bed and is crafted from North American White Oak. Blending modern styling with traditional construction, this a stylish yet practical bed that is sturdy, well built and is high off the ground so it allows for lots of under-bed storage. The frame is just one years old and is in perfect condition without a single mark or scratch. This frame features a sprung slatted base for additional comfort and support, as well as making this bed one of the sturdiest around. This is such an excellent bedframe and am only selling as my partner and I are now separating so am looking to down-size. The superking mattress is also in perfect condition and has always had a mattress protector on it and has been regularly turned. It is top of the range, measures 6ft x 6ft 3, and is a 1,500 pocket-sprung ‘Monaco’ mattress which is hyper-allergic. The very high number of coils means the mattress itself is firm and supportive to the back, not lumpy or saggy, with a lovely soft ‘topper’ of about 2 inches thick which you sink into. Also no marks, stains or any faults whatsoever. Reason for sale is downsizing so I am literally buying exactly the same mattress again but in a smaller size! I cannot recommend this mattress enough and it was very carefully chosen after lots of trialling out in so many stores. As a light sleeper both the bed and mattress were chosen on the basis that if the other sleeper turns over in the night it is not felt by the other person due to the slats of the frame and the pocket-sprung coils of the.
