Was bought 4 months ago as a tea room Now no longer needed it towed fine all lights etc worked has cassette toilet fridge works on 240 volt but nothing else has been tested , has hob cooker etc it has damp and I personally would say it's only really good for a stables allotment or tea room etc will need a very good clean but comes with a Aqua roll and 2 waste containers and water pump ;
